Unknown January Payment

I was just wondering about a payment for one of my kids made this month. It says that a payment has already went through but I never got any emails and there's nothing in my card's history which I just recently changed because there wasn't enough money on it to make the payment. So, did the payment actually go through or is this just a glitch?

Hi Vicky, 

I am so sorry for the confusion on your contributions. I see that we did attempt to pull your donation on January 10th. However, this did not go through. The card ends in 816. Have you attempted to do a contribution online? We can take you off automatic withdraws if you would like so that you can just makes donations when you are able each month? This is usually helpful if you are in a situation like this and need to wait until their is money in your account. Let us know if you feel this might be a good option for you! :)

Ok, I see. No, thank you! I already switched to the card that has money on it, I just forgot to do it before the 10th. So, If I make a manual payment, will it show that two payments went through this month in my payment history or will the other one be taken off?

Hi Vicky, 

If you make a manual payment online, you will see that payment posted. But the other payment, which has not gone through will drop off when it is no longer pending re-try. Our system is set up to attempt to pull three times, but if it does not go through, it will just stop trying there and alert you. I have alerted our team that you would not like us to try again so that we will stop attempting to pull from this card. I hope this is helpful! :)
