Hi! I received a letter recently from my sponsored child (dated Jan 9 on the app) and the last page of the letter was not translated. Is there any way I could have someone from your team translate it? Also, I’ve been waiting for my letter from December 24th to come through for about a month. Can you tell me if this is still being translated? Thanks for your help :)

Hello Michelle, I have sent you an email with a copy of the letter. The translation is there and a photo for you. I am not sure why you are unable to view the translation on the app. Have you tried clicking on the actual letter to bring the image up. You can also view the letter by going through the internet browser and logging in to your Compassion account through the website. Sorry for any inconvenience. I do show that our technical support team has submitted a ticket to our IT department about issues you are experiencing with the app. I really appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to resolve these issues. Yes, the letter from, December 24, 2017, is still pending translation at this time. I am also unable to view it. Sorry!
