Untranslated letters

I recieved my first letters from my sponsored children.  I am so happy and excited to have heard from them.  However, parts of my letters are not translated.  I am hoping you can help.  Thank you in advanced.

I am so sorry to see that your two letters from your kiddos came through without translation. Regrettably, we did have a issue with our translation program. It allowed quite a few letters to be submitted even though they were not translated yet. I truly apologize for this error. I have sent these back to the translation queue for you. They will be available for you as shortly. Thank you so much for your patience as we get this resolved for you!

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly.  I really appreciate it. I am so excited to read what the girls have written.  It is such a blessing to me and my family to be a part of their lives through Compassion International.   Thank you again!!

Hi Shannon,

Sorry to bother you again.   The letters were resent.  I went to read them in the "Read Letter" section and they didn't appear to be translated.  When I hit print to print out the girls letters it show them partially translated. The translation on the 2nd pages were cut off.   I am sorry to be a pain.  I am really excited to read my kiddos first letter and would like to read it before writing them back.   Thank you for assistance in this matter.  I really appreciate it.

Hi Laurie! I'm happy to help you! As Shannon said, regrettably, we were experiencing an issue last week with some letters being sent with incorrect or incomplete translations. Please rest assured that we have resolved this issue. I have double checked the letters from your four precious kiddos, and they all appear to be correct and complete in our systems. Will you please log out and log back into your My Account and then check these letters again? Please do not use the email notifications you have received as they may not be accurate. If they do still appear untranslated on your side, please let us know and send us screenshots as this may be an issue with your My Account not accurately syncing with our systems. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Thank you so much for all you help.  I got my kiddos letters, perfectly translated.  It totally made my day.  I am so thankful for Compassion and so grateful to have my kiddos and their families in our lives.   Thank you for everything.  Have a great weekend.
