Hi Kassie! I am deeply sorry for this mistake in sending you the same picture for your child's profile update :(. I see that you have recently spoken with one of our representatives, and they have requested that an inquiry be sent to the field office on your behalf. Our field staff will make sure to have a new photo taken for you. It will take 6-8 weeks for us to hear back from them. Please rest assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as we receive a response. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, so we could have the opportunity to fix this for you!
