I signed up to sponsor a child almost 3 weeks ago and have not received any email or paper mail about it, but I just saw that my account was charged from Compassion. I spoke to someone online about getting started and they told me to call the customer line, so I did about 5/6 different times that day (all before 5pm) and no one was answering. I need some answers before I take myself out of this. Is there a way I can re-do the process online so that I can finally get started? My child's ID is ET039400192.
