I signed up to sponsor a child almost 3 weeks ago and have not received any email or paper mail about it, but I just saw that my account was charged from Compassion. I spoke to someone online about getting started and they told me to call the customer line, so I did about 5/6 different times that day (all before 5pm) and no one was answering. I need some answers before I take myself out of this. Is there a way I can re-do the process online so that I can finally get started? My child's ID is ET039400192.

Hello Kyani! I sincerely apologize for the confusion with getting your account set up and not being able to contact us on the phone. Our phone number is 800-335-7676, and our office is open Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Mountain Time. Your account was just set up on October 4th so you will be receiving a welcome packet in the mail within the next two weeks. It does take time to get everything set up. The welcome packet will contain your sponsor number, which you can use to create your online account. Let me know if I can help in any other way!
