We have a repeated problem with our account.

We keep receiving overdue letters for Partners of Compassion. I made our annual payment a few months ago.  I've emailed first and was told the problem was corrected and we received another letter. I talked to a person who said she made the corrections and I still received another letter.  My account still reflects an overdue balance.  I'm concerned about the integrity of your accounting methods.  Also, the family gift and birthday gift has never been posted to our account online. Though I've been told the gifts were sent I'm always wondering about it.  I was told to request information about the birthday gift after 6 months so I would appreciate this info.  Please rectify this matter.  It is upsetting.

I am so sorry that this issue is causing some concerned feelings! Please know that I did take a look into this issue for you today and I do see the problem and hope to resolve it for you. What I see on your account is that your checking account that is being used is under a slightly different name than your Compassion account. When you process donations online and our system does not directly match the accounts, it will make a sub account to process your donations. This is why you are not seeing your full donations on your account. I am fixing this for you today and it should take about 3 days for all your donations to reflect on your account correctly. Again, I am so sorry for our issue and I hope this fixes any issue going forward.
