Website and app say I'm not sponsoring a child...but I am.

I attended an event early December and started sponsoring Diego. They processed my payment on the spot. I have received my welcome packet (about 2 weeks ago) with information about my child, yet online and the app it says I'm not sponsoring a child. It would be great if we could get this solved so that I can write my child! Thank you :)

Hi Laura! Your sponsorship didn't go through by the quick and happy path as it should. It is currently being manually worked on by a representative at Compassion to correct the issue that kept it from being completed and should be done soon. Once it is taken care of, your child will show up on your online account and the app :). I am so sorry for the extra wait time!
