Website not working - I am not able to write a letter to my sponsored child or see past letters that I have written. It also says my last letter was 113 days ago and it said 43 days ago yesterday.

It's working for me.  Try using a computer and going in through a browser if you were trying on your app?

I have been having this issue for months. I lost contact and proper tracking of letters after her birthday. I was sending two letters a month and now nothing... and website isn’t working

Hi Maryjo and Jennifer! I'm so sorry you all are having trouble accessing the site. :( It's supposed to make writing letters easier, not harder! I would be happy to help you sort this out.

Maryjo - Have you tried logging on to the site through a computer, and does it work for you there? If so, it may be an issue with your app. If it is, let us know. We may be able to help you troubleshoot.

Jennifer - What issues are you having specifically? Are you receiving a certain error message, or can you just not log on? Please let us know what issues you're having, and we may be able to help from there.

I can log on. I can’t get a history or my letters like I use to. I have my phone and iPad, can’t get anything on either. It tells me it’s been since August since I have written, which isn’t true. I hand wrote a letter in September or October...
If I use the write letter button (which I did in the beginning of our correspondence) it blanks out and can’t be used.

Thanks so much for that info. :) I pulled up your account, and I do see that your two handwritten letters went through on our end without a problem! Are you going through the app, the actual site, or both?

I had used both. I just checked this morning and it seems to have updated and is now working. Last time it fixed itself for a week then went back to the same issue. I managed to get a letter out this morning via app. Thank you.
