My mother and I recently went to a Jeremy Camp concert where we both decided to sponsor a child. We both have had the fee taken out of our accounts already (which was actually $38 instead of the $45 we had selected), but we still have not received a welcome packet giving us a sponsor number or a way to make our account and start connecting. 

Please help?

Stevie, I am so sorry to hear that you and your mother did not have the add-on support you had selected and have not received the welcome packet yet. So that I can make sure this is corrected for you both could you please post the child numbers for the children you signed up for and your mother's name? You are also welcome to email socialmedia@compassion.com with this information if you would prefer private.
