We have some recent new sponsors from my church and I need to mail in their payment/agreement cards. What address do I send those to? Also, I may have messed up and sent two earlier ones in the white envelope via prepaid FedEx. Can I get you to check these two child numbers to see if they have been accounted for? ES077600725 and ES077600794  - thank you so much!

Hi David! You can have those packets sent to our office at:

PO Box 65000
Colorado Springs, CO 80962-5000

I don't see that we have processed sponsorship accounts for either of the two you mentioned, but it does take time for us to do so. How long ago did you mail these packets out?

Thanks for the quick reply Sarah. These are just the payment cards - not child packets. Same address?

The two cards I fedexed in were sent in mid June so that's why I'm concerned. I made pictures of one side of each card - the side that has their name and address but not the payment info. Is it possible the FedEx prepaid sticker sent it to the return packet dept? I can send you an email or pm with those pictures. I don't want those sponsors to lose those kids especially since I may have messed up. Can you advise.

Hi David! Since you used a prepaid envelope, please rest assured that we will indeed receive these cards. It is possible that they were delivered to another department here at the Global Ministry Center in Colorado Springs, but our wonderful staff will ensure your mailings are rerouted to the correct department for processing as this is our normal procedure. If you are sending payments, the above address Sarah provided is the best to use. However, if you are sending correspondence, I suggest the following address:

Attn Correspondence Dept
Compassion International
Colorado Springs, Colorado 80997-0004

There is no street address necessary because our building has its own zip code :). Regardless of where your cards were delivered, we will make sure that they are received by the correct department, and their sponsorships will be processed as quickly as possible. However, if you'd like to email us the pictures, we would be happy to look into this for you :). For example, we can reserve these children until the correct department receives and processes the cards you sent :).

Cristina- thank you so very much. I will mail the cards in to the above address Sarah provided and also email the photos of the sponsorship cards in limbo. Grateful as always!
