I need help finding some information on the site. I used to be able to get to a page that would give me an idea of what different monetary amounts could buy in specific countries. For example, it would say something like a chicken, shoes, or a used bike could be bought with a $25 gift in Bolivia. Is that page still on the site and has it been updated in recent years?

I would be very happy to hear when the prices are updated because my sponsored child is in Indonesia and it appears that was last updated in 2006 which is really likely to be very outdated. Also, I would like to know if we are allowed to "designate" how our special contributions are distributed or if you can ask the family what they need and maybe we can save up and try to buy the thing they need the most .. Thank you ... You all are doing an awesome job !!

Hey Lisa! While you are able to suggest what is purchased, the family makes the final decision.
