What's the best way to find out where my letter is? Whether it's been received, translated, arrived at my child's center, delivered to my child, etc.?

Hi Jennifer! I see that both of your letters have been translated; one of them is ready to be delivered to Rivaldy and the other is ready for the final look-over by our staff in Haiti!  If you use the online letter writing tool, you should receive a confirmation email after you send a letter. That means that it is indeed entering the process of translation and then delivery to Rivaldy. We are currently manually translating the letters, so for now the status of your letter may be unclear when looking at your online account. You are always welcome to ask us where your letter is in the process. However, as long as you receive a confirmation email, you can be sure that the letter will get to Rivaldy. Thank you for already being such a great letter writer to Rivaldy!

Katherine,
Thank you so much for that additional info. I'm sure I'm only one of the many super zealous new sponsors that wants their letters to arrive "yesterday". I'm just super excited and wanted to make sure my initial letters were reaching Rivaldy, as the little guy means so much to me already! Thanks again! My day has officially been made!
