When I created an account using my sponsor number it said I’m not sponsoring a child but I got a letter with my child. I’m very confused.

I have my packet with both me and my child’s numbers but when I logged in using my sponsor number it said I didn’t have a child.

I am so sorry for the confusion on your sweet new kiddo, Clement. I see that he is on hold on your account, but you are not able to see him at this time because we have not received your first contribution. You may go to https://www.compassion.com/epayment/ to make your first contribution. Please make sure to enter your child's number as: GH-432-0228 and his name as: Clement Asamoah Ahenkan Owusu. Once you have completed this first contribution, you should be able to log into your online account and see this sweet boy on your account. Please note it may take 24 hours or so to process him on your account.
