When will you pull my payment?

When are you going to pull the money for my sponsored child? You say Total due today (it was 9/20/2016) and you say Payment Day: Tenth. I normally block my card for transfers abroad but I don't want to block my payment to you (it is unblocked for some days more).

Hi Anders! I am so sorry for the confusion about your donation. I would be happy to take a look at your account to figure out what is going on, but I am not able to find your account. Do you know your sponsor number or child number?

Thank you for providing Marta's number, Anders. I do apologize that I am still not able to locate your account and currently show that Marta is not linked to a sponsor. Did you just begin supporting Marta? Did you sign up online to sponsor her?  It could be that we just do not yet have your account setup.

Yes, it was a couple of days ago, I signed on online. I got two emails, one welcome and one to confirm my email address. I cannot see that I got a sponsor number.

I still don't know if and when you are going to withdraw money from my card. Assuming you will make the withdrawal on the tenth, I have unblocked my card from October 8:th to October 12:th. Assuming the payment will be to an account in the US, I have unblocked payments to the US, just in case I also have unblocked payments to Colombia.

Andres, do you live outside of the USA? I am showing that this sweetheart has been moved to our Norway office for sponsorship there. Do you live in Norway, Sweden, or Finland?

Great! I think what happened is she was transferred to our Norden office when they realized you lived there. I cannot see accounts created in that office, so I suggest you contact them. Their email address is cparsmo@compassion.no and their website is https://www.compassion.se/.

I am sponsoring a child, I live in Sweden so the child has been transferred to your Swedish branch. My problem is that I want to sponsor one more child. Should I do it through you and let you transfer her to your Swedish branch or should I contact the Swedish branch and let them transfer her? I am a new sponsor so I have not yet a donor number and I can't create a user account.

Anders, to make it as easy as possible, I would highly recommend finding a child to sponsor through the Norden office with the link I gave you for their website. Transfers can take up to a few months to be processed, so the that is the preferred method. To find out when your account is created and what your sponsor number is, you will need to talk to their office as well. Thank you so much for sponsoring with us!

I will pay for sponsoring through Compassion Sweden. Could you please remove my card number from your data-base? I don't feel quite happy about keeping it where data intruders might find it. If I am registered with Compassion Sweden, maybe you could delete everything about me from your database.

Hi Anders. We actually didn't store your information as we only ever receive a token that represents your card from the bank when you submit a donation online. We never set up an account for you though Compassion USA, so we don't have any information about you in our system. Enjoy sponsoring Marta!
