My husband and I chose a third sponsor child to show compassion to, and I get the emails, but do not see him in my account. Where can I update that information to set up letter writing and auto payments going forward?
Hi Tiffany! I see what happened here - When you signed up to sponsor Hervé, a new account was created, rather than that sponsorship being added to your already-existing account. I have requested that your new account be merged into your original account, and you should be able to see Hervé on your account by the end of the week. :)
