Once you are logged into your account, click on "Write My Child" on the left side of the page.

You'll be taken to a page that shows Naser's photo and the word "write" in a green box. If you have a letter coming to you from him, you will see a long, thing green box above his name like this:

You'll also be able to see the letter by clicking on "Communication History" on the left side of the page. When the page comes up, you can click on the conversations below Naser's name to show all the letters that have been sent between the two of you. In the case on my account, this child's letter is actually still in translation. If it were ready to view, it would be on a dark blue background and would have a little envelope instead of the arrows. When the envelope is there, click on it to open the letter.

I don't see that there is a letter from Naser on the way yet. Since you just began his sponsorship at the very end of March, it is still a little early for him to have sent you a letter. I know you must be eager to start getting to know this handsome young man! Thank you so much for already sending your introduction letter to him :)! Also, we are having several issues with the online system right now, just so you are aware that not everything is working correctly. We are working to fix the many problems sponsors are experiencing as quickly as we can though!
