Hi! I recently learned that my sponsor child had left the Compassion program. Upon learning this, I selected a new child, a girl named Winnie. This was about a month ago. The website was having technical problems, but I received a conformation email. But when I go to my account, it says I'm not currently sponsoring any children, and it offers me another child. Where did she go??

Hi Hannah! They are still working on getting Winnie on your account as your new child, which is why you aren't seeing her on there. She's in a "pending" status, meaning they still have some work to do with her sponsorship. I am going to check into what the hold up is and see if I can get it moved along any faster for you. She is on your account, so you don't need to worry about that :).

One more thing, I'm not sure how to remove the child they have randomly selected for me, while waiting for Winnie. Would you be able to remove him from my account?

Hi Hannah! If you check your My Account now, you should see only Winnie on your account! I'm sure she's going to be so excited to receive her first letter from you.
