I sponsored a child recently online through the main website, I already gave the payment information and received a confirmation email. I don't ever remember seeing anything about a sponsor id. I made an account under Ben and Makayla, and it already had my payment information, but it says I have no sponsorships. Where is my child?

Hi Benjamin! I see that your sponsorship for Arianna was actually processed today! You should see her on your account now. The account I have for you only has your name on it though, so let me know if you can't see her. It's possible that the account you created isn't connected to this kiddo.
