It has been two weeks since I sponsored Samuel. He is still not on my account and the money hasn't been taken out of my bank account. Did I do something wrong ? Is he really sponsored by me?

Hi Jeanette! I am so sorry for the delay in getting Samuel on your account and the worry it must have caused you! He was placed on your account early this morning, so you should see him there now. We just transitioned to a new system, and all of the sponsorships that were done online in the last two weeks have been taking extra long to be processed due to that.
