Hi Jessica! I did take a look into your account and I did see your new sponsored child, Elizabeth, on your account! Lisa-Marie is right, you do need to choose the drop down menu to see more of your children under the My Sponsorship tab. It also does take a little bit of time to register with our system that you did sponsor another child, but she is on your account at this time! :) If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
Hello Jessica! I do show that both of the children have been added to your account. It can take one to two business days for the child to appear on your online account. Generally, they do process a little quicker and one may show up before the other. I apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion about that. If the children are showing on your online account, but aren't showing up on the mobile app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app with more than likely fix that issue.
