While trying to set up my account, I am told my sponsor number in invalid. How is that?

Hi Dawn! Make sure that you are not putting the dash and the number after the dash in that sponsor number when you are creating a new account. Our website doesn't recognize that portion of the sponsor number as it is only an internal piece of the sponsor number that specific departments use. Try that and let me know if you continue to have issues!

I need help in creating an account for my sponsored child. When I apply, it does not accept the sponsor number that is on the back of the booklet.
