Who am I sponsoring?

On my account and in my newsletter, it states that I am sponsoring two different children, Joseph and Gyldas. However, when I click on a link for Joseph, it takes me Gyldas's profile. Furthermore, under Gyldas's profile, it has his name as Ardjouma. I am confused as to who exactly I am sponsoring. Could you clear up this issue, please?

Hi Chris! I'm so sorry for any confusion with your sponsor children, and I'm happy to help you. I looks like you were sponsoring Rajkumar in India, but, that project had to close in October. In October we offered Joseph from Haiti as a new child in Rajkumar's place, and he was accepted as your new sponsor child in November of 2016 :). I also see that you were sponsoring Rani from India. Sadly, in March of 2017 Compassion International was no longer able to work in India. As a result of this, you were no longer able to sponsor Rani, so we offered Gyldas from Burkina Faso in her place. Gyldas was accepted in April. I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding Gyldas' name as he actually goes by Ardjouma, which is his nickname :). We see this pretty commonly in some countries where children will have a nickname that is similar to their given name or completely different :). For example, I've seen some kiddos in Thailand go by Apple, Moon, or Mouse! 

I'm so sorry to hear that when you are clicking on Joseph's profile, it is taking you to Gyldas' profile instead. This should not be happening, and we would love to help resolve this for you. Can you please give us more detail? Is this happening on the desktop and mobile application? Which browser are you using? Please ensure your browser is up to date. Please also clear your browser history, cache, and cookies and then start a fresh session. Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you!
