I’m paying monthly for my child but I can’t see his information on the app.

Hi Olivia! I'm so sorry for any confusion or concern caused by not seeing the kiddo you have chosen to sponsor on your account. Using your email address, I was able to find two different accounts for you, but you have a different last name on each of them. Will you please verify which last name is correct? Then, I would be happy to ask our processing team to combine your two accounts under one sponsor number. After we have your two accounts combined, you will be able to see your kiddo. I look forward to your reply!
