Why did i get a email that says my sponsored child is no longer available and i am asked to sponsor a new child?

My account shows all my sponsored children so why did i get that email?

Hi Chris! Which child did it mention is no longer available? From what I see on your account, it looks like both of your children are still actively in the program, making me think this may have been a mistake. I'd like to further investigate for you just to make sure though!

Hi Sarah and Chris. The same thing happened to me. Except I did not get an email, I noticed the deletion when I was going to write a letter. Just wanted to make sure Chris is not the only one going through the same thing.

I just noticed a young child missing from my account today as well. I have not received any notification about it. I had received a letter from that child 4 days ago. He was from Bangladesh.

My sponsored child is also missing from my account, Sandra, GH093800113. My sponsor number is 07992008. Can you please check into this? Thanks.

Thank you for letting me know. I am so glad she is continuing her schooling as she had asked for prayers on her BECE testing so she could attend secondary school. Will I be able to send a final letter? Also I will select a new child in Sandra's place, so if you could note on my account to not select one for me I would appreciate it!

Hi Vicki! You are welcome to send a final letter for Sandra. However, since she has moved to an area that we do not currently serve, I can not guarantee that we will be able to get it to her. We will do our best. I have updated your preference so that a new child will not be sent out to you. I am so grateful that you do want to continue to sponsor with Compassion and will be selecting a new child.

Would you be able to note on my account that I would like to sponsor Sandra again should she return to a program area? Also I am now sponsoring Morena, ES090700065. Can I get the jpeg of her current and all previous Compassion photos, and also her sponsorship history such as number of previous sponsors, letters and gifts received? Also when she was enrolled in the program? Thanks so much!

Good Morning Vicki! I will place a note on your account about Sandra. If a child does become reinstated in to the program after leaving, we always offer the sponsorship to their previous sponsor first. I will send you an email for Morena.
