i have passion for children but am alittle bit concerned with the rate at which CDW's leave your ICPS.
what causes this sudden change or dont you think they may not be comfortable and not motivated enough

Caleb John, it sounds like you work at one of our CDC's (Child Development Center) or you live near one. We have not noticed a global trend of turnover or people leaving their jobs with us at the CDC's. That said, people do leave from time to time, and if there is a large number leaving in your area that may say something about the center. Could you email us at socialmedia@compassion.com with some more information about what you are seeing in your area? Thank you so much for letting us know! We may want to investigate further and make sure that the program in your area is being run well and that the workers are properly treated.
