Why do I have an overdue balance on my account? I have set up auto pay

A payment posted in November and I couldn’t find one in December but it says I’m overdue on two payments now.

Jenny, I am very sorry you are having this issue. Because your donations are done via Compassion USA Korean, I am not able to make any changes or advise you on your donations. Please contact your designated Korean representative and I am sure they would be happy to assist you.

Patrick, I sincerely apologize for these issues with your payments. I can see that you have made the donations faithfully for the last six months at least (including December) so I adjusted your account for that extra month. Your support for January should go through normally on the 19th.

I have also this problem on my account
Overdue balance for this commitment of 70 USD and I have already made a manual payment but this is still on my account

Hello Michael, I am so sorry for any confusion on your account. We attempted to process your March contribution, but it did not go through. Please log in to your online account and try your contribution again. I have taken care of the $32 past due balance for you.

I am having the same issue. I ahve overdue pametns but is have autp payment card on file. And card info is corrrect.

I am so sorry to see that you are also having this issue on your account. It looks like you did have your account set up to pull on the 10th of each month, but this past month of May, your card did not go through for one of your kiddos. This actually caused your card to become inactive. Are you able to log in online and update your card? If you need help logging in, please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com and we can help you log in where your information will be private and not posted on this public site. Furthermore, if you are able to log in and get your card updated, if you can please make a contribution to bring your account up to date. Once this done, you can also set your account back up on automatic withdraws. If you need any help with any of this, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help! :)
