Please HELP! I just looked back at the past letters that have been frequently writing to our five children and found that on all of them several say "Has a Problem" as the last update on the letter. Does this mean the system lost the many letters i thought were in transet to my kids? Do I need to rewrite them? Have they missed other letters i'm not aware of. I'm so concerned that our kids aren't hearing from us. I sent lots of pictures and scripture and fun stories too online with the letter that i hope they'd enjoy. I'm praying whatever this is is fixed soon and that these letters that say "Has a problem" but do not say what i can do or what the problem actually IS will be sent soon to my children. Thank you for looking into this please reply ASAP and check to see if the letters can be fixed however that can be so they will get to my children! God bless you.

Anita, I am so sorry for the confusion and concern in regards to your letters. Please rest assured that your letters have not been lost and there is nothing wrong with the content of these letters. We are working hard to make sure that the errors in our system that are preventing your letters from going on the automatic "happy path" are delivered safely to your children. That said, it can take several weeks for letters to be delivered and all of your letters have been delivered up through three weeks ago. I trust that all of your newer letters will go through shortly.
