Hello Stephen, first of all I would like to welcome you to the Compassion family! We are so grateful for your support of Leti! I know that you are probably excited to receive your first letter from your recently sponsored child, Leti. Regrettably, letters may take a little of time to be received. Typically it may take three to five weeks for a letter to be processed. However, if there is a problem with the letter it will need to be corrected and then resubmitted. An example of a problem may be the translator is unable to read the child's handwriting or needs to clarify information in the letter. Please know that we understand how valuable and special letters are and will process the letter as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
