Why is my payment overdue?

I set up an online payment plan to automatically deduct monthly for my sponser child earlier this year, so I wouldn't forget. I just got a text saying I was over due? Can you please help me with this. I went into my account today and paid the 38 dollars that I could. It should have been going out every single month. Please help me!

Hi Erika! I am so sorry for the confusion with your account being behind in donations. When you set up the online donations, it looks like they weren't set up to pull out automatically every month but just that one month. I have covered the months you missed and can also set up your donations to pull out automatically on a monthly basis moving forward for you with the same card you used yesterday if you'd like.

Erika, I set up your automatic donation to begin pulling on the 25th of the month starting in August. If you need to change the date at any point, just let us know!

I received an email regarding an issue about billing. It states that I have an outstanding balance. I updated my information with the correct debit information, but I cannot find my sponsored child anywhere. I looked her up by her ID number and cannot find her. I am just wondering what to do to fix the problem.
