Stephen, I don't see any reason why they would be highlighted. However, are you on the app on your phone or are you on a computer? Also, are you seeing this on the My Sponsorship's page or somewhere else? Thank you for clarifying.

One of mine is gray and the other is white -- maybe they do this every other child to make it easy to track which name goes with which finance number?

Stephen, Sarah is right. The highlighting on the Account Summary page is just for ascetic purposes and to make the children's names stand out.
