I'm writing a letter on compassion.com and I want to include one portrait photo with my letter. It keeps changing my picture to landscape- how do I make it portrait instead?

Hi Shaina,

Thank you so much for your question. The email template allows up to three images and they are preset in size and shape and the first image is always landscape. This is because it is a tight fit for three images and the technology has to control the layout to make sure they all fit. In future versions we may offer more image options.

Thank you for your desire to send photos to your child as it is such a blessing for them. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Yes you can. The first picture must be a landscape, the second a portrait and the third a landscape. You can only send three pictures per letter.

Yes, you are correct that you may send a portrait photo along with the first photo being landscape. At this time the template does not allow the option of one portrait photo only.

Thank you to everyone for using the online writing tool and photo option. God bless.

I wish there was a way to only send one portrait photo if that's what you want. It seems as though you have to have a landscape one loaded to get to the portrait one.

Yes, that is correct. The first picture must be portrait due to system limitations. We're hoping to implement new templates regularly- hopefully we can implement some with different picture orientations.
