Wondering where cards are there were supposed to be sent at Christmas?

I sent an email but never received a response after after several weeks. As part of our Christmas gifts to out children and grandchild, we chose and purchase from your gift catalog. We requested cards be sent to them. We filled out which cards and wrote what to include. I received an email confirmation back in mid December when I purchased but no cards were ever sent . Can you please look into this and ensure the cards are sent so they are aware these gifs were given in their honor? Thank you. Cristine Fuhrman

Cristine, I am deeply sorry to hear that you have not received a response to your email you had sent :(. Our team is not too behind in responding to emails, so there must have been a glitch with your email or our response being received. Did you email us at ciinfo@compassion.com

Thank you so very much for choosing to give very generous gifts in honor of your children and grandchild for Christmas! I'm saddened to hear that they have not received their cards letting them know of your gifts given in their honor. Did you order your gifts online or over the phone? Can you please tell me which delivery method you chose, and did you provide the address you wanted them to be sent to? I would be happy to track your card order for you. Will you please provide the email address you used when placing the order?

I see where they were processed but none were received. Can they be reprocessed as originally ordered so I do not have to reenter all the information again? I wonder if there was an error somewhere in the processing as it would be highly unlikely all 4 were lost in the mail especially to different addresses.

Hi Cristine! Did you track them through the card-tracking website, and what does the status of the cards say? We could probably re-order them for you. Would you please provide us with the email address you used when ordering the cards, so we can see them on our end? Thanks so much!

I did. Someone sent me a link. It said processed in Dec with arrival date btw like dec 21 and 25. Something to that effect. Cafuhrman@yahoo.com is the email I used. Thank you

Thank you so much! I was able to pull up the cards, and you're right, it doesn't show that they were delivered, just processed. Regrettably, I am only able to see the address to which the cards were sent, not any details about the cards themselves, so I would be unable to replicate and resend the cards as you did. :( I'm so sorry for this inconvenience. The best way to resend them would be to go through the site and redo them yourself. Again, I apologize for this!
