Hi! Am I allowed to write to my correspondent child's caregiver? Is there a way to find out who the caregiver is? I would also like to know if Damaris has a sponsor yet.

Go into your online ACcount. Choose the Correspondent child. The very last line is "Primary Caregiver Name" -- though one of my correspondents just says Father there.

Hi Grace! You most certainly can write to your child's caregiver :). You may do this by writing a letter to your child and then include a paragraph or so for their caregiver. If for some reason their caregiver is unable to read this, then their child can read it to them or they can come to the project and have the letter read to them :). The above steps given by Sarah to find your child's caregiver's name are right :). Sometimes we don't know the caregiver's name, so there will be the title of the caregiver (i.e. father). If this is the case, then you are welcome to ask your kiddo what their father's name is in your next letter :). Yes, Damaris is indeed sponsored.

Hi Christina! Thank you! And I accidentally put the wrong name when I asked if Damaris was being sponsored. I meant to ask if Vegui has a sponsor yet.

Hey Grace! I think there might be some confusion with Vegui and the conversation you had with a representative concerning becoming a correspondent sponsor. Regrettably, we are not able to make you the correspondent sponsor to Vegui. When she finds a new sponsor, the opportunity to correspond with Vegui will belong completely to her financial sponsor unless they decide to allow someone else to write letters to her instead. We will not be able to contact her financial sponsor and request that they allow you to be her correspondent. The representative you emailed back and forth with was offering you the opportunity to be a correspondent sponsor for a different child, not Vegui. I do see that you have one correspondent child right now and are on the waiting list for two additional children. I am so sorry that you won't be able to be Vegui's correspondent, but I know you will be a blessing to the child you do become the correspondent for.

Hi Grace! You are currently numbers 535 and 536. I do apologize that there will be somewhat of a wait getting you linked with a couple more kiddos. I also see that your two requests are pretty specific, so it may be a bit longer of a wait on those children. Thank you so much for being so patient!
