Wrong Child

I have not been given clear answers every time I call. I am told I'm sponsoring one child, but then get mail telling me all about another. When I call about it, I get the same answer that doesn't help me. I also am always getting emails badgering me to sponsor and give more than I can. I am at the point where I don't want to sponsor anymore because of the lack of answers and communication, but I don't want to do this to Clement. I would love some clarity.

Hi Sarie, 
I am so sorry for the confusion and frustration you have been dealing with. I think this may be caused by a few different things and I hope to be able to clear this up for you today!
First off, it looks like when you first chose a child to sponsor, Clement, he was no longer available to sponsor at that time. So we did choose another child in his place for you with similar traits, this child was Igor. However, I do see that by the time you had called to chat with us about this issue, Clement was available again so we were able to switch those two kiddos and placed Clement on your account for you as you originally wanted. 

Secondly, I think you are speaking about the mailings that we send in order to offer additional ways of helping or asking for you to sponsor an additional child. Is this correct? If so, we would be more than happy to remove you from the mailing list so that you no longer receive these. We truly appreciate all that you are able to do and definitely do not want you to feel like we are asking for more than you can give. Would you like me to stop these mailings?

I think that if we were to stop the mail, this might  clear things up for you. Going forward you would be sponsoring Clement and things should be normal. Please let us know if you think this would be helpful!
