Wrong Payment

This month two payments went in for one child on accident. I did the payment manually because it hadn't gone through but then the next day it charged another payment for the same child (King Tweneboah Kame Amoani). So, now it says the credit amount will be applied to the next payment when I need that for my other child (Oliver Ronald Silvestre Aranda). If anyone can move that payment to Oliver I'd be so grateful!
