Hello - I received a new photo of my sponsored child recently (last week or two), but unfortunately, the photo sent is not my child.  You'll see children are quite different in the photo attached.  Nayeli is on the right and matches with past photos I've received.  The right photo is what I just received. Any chance you can track down and send the correct photo for me?

Hi Stephanie! I am so sorry that you were sent a photo of a child who is not Nayeli. I agree that these are not the same kids and have sent an inquiry to our country office in Bolivia to have them find the right photo of Nayeli and upload it to our system. It can take between six and eight weeks for us to receive a response back from the country office, but we will send you a new, correct photo of Nayeli once they have found the right photo for her and given it to us.
