There are two photos of people I don’t know, attached to a letter that I sent my sponsor back in February.

Maria, I am deeply sorry for this mistake :(. When your letter was being scanned in our mail room, those pictures must have been accidentally scanned along with your letter. We sincerely apologize for this error, and I have sent this to our IT department to see if there is any way we can remove this for you. Regrettably, since this letter has already been processed and delivered, we cannot stop your child from receiving your card with these pictures as she has probably already received them. I'm so sorry for any confusion this may have caused for your precious girl. Please know that we continually provide additional training, and we are working to improve more each day to prevent mistakes like this from happening. Thank you so much for your grace and understanding.
