I’ve had this happen too. If you get an emailed letter, you might be able to read it. It sounds like a problem on their side, but it has usually been corrected within the week. I’d suggest an email to them or a phone call. Hope you can read it soon!!! I’m a fellow sponsor and am so glad you take the time to write and encourage your sponsored child.
Hi Joshua! This specific letter from your child is still going through the translation process. Once it has finished processing, you will be able to read it on your account and the x will have disappeared. I am so sorry for the confusion, but I hope you see the letter finish processing soon!
