Hi, I received a letter from Compassion regarding my debit card.
Recently, I've been receiving messages from my debit card company in Japan, notifying me that there was an attemp for transaction from an unknown store and they refused the transaction because it was from a restricted store. So I deactivated my card until I find out the name of the store, and they told me that it was from Compassion International. I don't know why it didn't work or why it was declined, I never had an issue with my debit card since the first time I sponsored Kossi, and the donation that I made in December is not listed in giving history. I've activated the card back, could you please try again if it would work?
